1. Maldives:

maldives

Above all, Maldives is a dream to visit a place for many people. It’s mainly attracted because of its beautiful beaches and many of its sea activities.

Certainly, this island consists of 26 natural atolls and a group of many small islands in the water body which is the lowest-lying nation on the planet. Above all, this island is almost entirely covered by the sea bearing only a few lands. The Maldives is just 3 meters above the sea level, which gives you the same feel as you are walking on the Ram Setu between India and Sri Lanka

Many people come here to enjoy themselves and to get chilled out from their hectic life schedules. Here people can enjoy the mesmerizing waters, enjoy water sports and also sit on the seashore and relax in the sunshine.

However, here you will find many resorts that will focus on providing you the complete luxury you want. Certainly, they even provide service to sea adventures, one would love to enjoy these water adventures.

And reaching the Maldives or spending your vacation is also not so expensive. Here it cost you around $50/day on an average depending upon how you manage your activities, food and also ya what kind of a room you want to stay also matters a lot.

I would rate this place a 7 out of 10 on my list to visit the cheapest Islands to visit.

This is one of the most beautiful islands present on the south pacific ocean. This island is such a wonder that it is in the shape of Gaint Sombrero.

Bora Bora Island has such clear waters that you can see the fish, tortoise, and sharks swimming across the water. This island belongs to the french so it is obvious that you can find many mouthwatering dishes waiting for you on the island.

Though this is a European island this island is a bit costly to visit. But you can manage your expenses really well according to your budget. If you can afford it you can enjoy your holiday on this island by staying in a luxurious overwater hut and get relaxed as you fall asleep.

Though this is a bit costly island it’s worth a visit, and you can manage your finance also pretty well. Because of which I have discussed this island here in this article. It would cost you around $120/night if you want to leave a luxury holiday here and if you want a budget trip you can cut down the budget to as low as $20/night.

If you wanna experience your paradise in the Philippines then Palawan is the best place for you. The waters here are also so clear that you can see the fishes swimming across the sea. In between this water, you can find the limestones with lush green bushes grown on them which gives you a feel of paradise.

This island has many attractions some of them are wildlife, emerald lakes, and quaint fishing villages. You can sail to the famous EL Nido beaches and one of the other mesmerizing things that will wonder you is to visit and explore the world’s largest navigable underground river.

If you stay here during the night you can witness the lights with no camera or no electricity! Now, you may wonder how is this possible yes it is possible because of the fireflies on the lwahig river.

This is one of the best places where you will experience heaven, well now you may think about how much it will cost one to spend a holiday at this wonderful destination. The answer to this is that yes this is obviously cheaper than Bora Bora it will cost you around $33/day. Now, this makes me give my rating to this island 8 out 0f 10 considering the price factor as we are discussing the cheapest islands to visit around.

4. Santorini Island:

santorini
(source: plannetware.com)

This is one of the most beautiful and most popular islands present in Greece. Its white stone buildings near the seashore leave the visitors mesmerizing. It is interesting to see that all the villas here are off white in color and the churches present here are also white in color but with a blue dome on the top. Due to its spectacular look, it has been the favorite spot for Bollywood and Hollywood movie shootings.

Oia is the most popular place here to see where a lot of people visit, and this makes it a top photographed destination in the world. Akrotíri Archaeological Site, Ancient Thira, and the black sand sea of Perrissa are the other popular destinations or places to visit on this island.

Now come the pricing and budget required to visit this place. Well as this is present in the nation where the Olympics was introduced it would be obvious that this island is a bit costly but still as I used to say for other places as well this depends on the person who’s visiting and his requirements. So the cost per day may range from $30 to $187 apart from the traveling expenses. So seeing all this I would like to rate this island 8 out of 10. Though it is one of the best islands to visit we cannot say that this is the cheapest island to visit.

5. Bali, Indonesia:

Here comes one of my most favorite Islands present in Indonesia. Though I like all the Island explained above this is one of the Island which is always close to my heart. This Island gives you everything that you want to do on an island.

You can come here with your partner for a romantic trip, or if you are a person looking for fun and adventure then also you can land up in Bali or if you are a pilgrim especially from India then you can visit here a number of Historical Hindu and Buddhist temples here at Bali. So this is a kind of place which brings fun on everyone’s face no matter which age group you belong to.

Certainly, there are a number of activities you can do here. From water sports to climbing mountains and adventurous activities, from tasting a variety of food to visiting various temples and taking a look around the historic temples present there.

Certainly, many parts of Bali are covered under UNESCO World heritage sites. I think by this you may get to know how special this Island is. If you want to see the Volcanos then you can visit the Mount Agung or the Besakih Temple from where you can observe the beauty of Mother Nature.

Now since you have listened to soo many good things about this island you may feel that if this island houses so many things then visiting this Island would be costlier and difficult to afford for a common person like you and me, But surprisingly the fact is that this island is cheaper than all the other islands I have discussed so far.

Though each island has its own specialty visiting Bali would give you the feel of visiting all the above-discussed islands in one place, Isn’t it a better island?

Above all, now comes my personal opinion and my rating on this island. As I said earlier as well this is one of my most favorite islands. From shopping, adventurous trips, visiting temples to enjoying the nightlife, and enjoying the street food everything can be done at a very fair price. Your average day spending on this island would be around $10 to $20 again it all depends on your spendings.

So taking into considerations all the above points I mentioned I would rate this Island a whopping score of 9 out of 10, This island also best suits the title of the cheapest islands to visit. Looking into all the above-said things I think you should surely consider visiting Bali during your vacations.

You can check out in detail about Bali from the link provided. If you are interested to know about temples then you can read our blog on that as well. If you are planning to visit Bali, you can check out the best packages for Bali from the link provided.

6. Conclusion:

Though each and every Island has its own specialty, own prestige, and own heritage it’s difficult for us to go on a holiday on every island, and especially if you are looking for a budget-friendly trip then you need to see a lot of factors before deciding the trip.

So as discussed above all the activities we can do in these islands and about the average daily spending on these islands, if you are a budget-friendly traveler then the best option for you to spend your holiday would be at Bali. Hope that you buckle up your shoes and pack your bag to go on your next holiday trip.
